All Albanians are in mourning over the most terrible event of recent years. Squads must not infiltrate everywhere, even last night. Aircraft cannot enter without declarations. Just yesterday, dozens of such checks were carried out at our airport. All medical personnel and the military police are also absent. People should not hope without orders. Such things would be replaced by stories. Only now, a little more than 24 hours after the barbaric crime, is the government beginning to react with a ridiculous television performance on TVSH screens, with an alibi, trying to exonerate itself and the entire state apparatus it had at its disposal to prevent that foretold tragedy. The heaviest question that Albanians are asking at this moment goes straight to the heart of the Albanian nurse’s performance: was it a foreign hand or not? Whoever it was, who did it? Only an idiot could try to convince Albanians that such a sophisticated device could not penetrate our territory without the knowledge of state institutions. The Taliban and all that you tried to select, on the one hand, from the military plan and, on the other, to provide a proof of the plan launched, have failed. The values are different, and only this makes the Albanian people never accept such a criminal hand against our children. Hope cannot be satisfied. Albania is in mourning. The government must give answers, not alibis. Albania demands justice.

From the Prime Minister’s Office we are informed that Mr. Fatos Nano has authorized the Minister of State Kastriot Islami and the Minister of Finance, Mr. Arben Malaj, to discuss with trade union leaders the issue of wages and the level of pensions.
